TheIIC Online Application Forms

All applications must be typed and filed electronically. Hard copies of applications will not be accepted.The online applications can be completed and payment made directly with a credit card through our credit card processor, Affinipay*. Alternative methods of payment are via check or money order (payable on a U.S. bank). Consideration and a determination of status on applications will not commence until after both application and fees are received by TheIIC.

Fill out the appropriate online form completely and follow the instructions within the form. Before submitting the form electronically via the SUBMIT button, PRINT out the form for your records, using the PRINT FORM button at the end of the form. Then click the SUBMIT & PAY button at the end of the form to send the application and payment directly to the IIC.

There are two types of online applications available:

Certified Online Applications for certification as a CICA or CCS and
Non-Certified Online Applications, for association as a non-certified member of the IIC (Associate Member or Student Member).

*Active Retired, Unemployed Members may also apply for reduced rates due to their current professional status.

**Members who choose to be Inactive Members may apply for reduced rates for a 3 year period or a change in status to active.

* NOTE: Affinipay is serving as TheIIC's credit card vendor. For countries where Affinipay is not yet available, contact membership@theiic.org for instructions on an alternative vendor. When utilizing the Online Payment, have your credit card ready. Follow all the directions as they are given. After you submit, you will receive a message confirming receipt of your application. Payments by credit card will receive a confirmation of payment from the credit card processor. Check your screen or email for an automated message indicating your payment and a receipt for your records.
